Frequently Asked Questions
What materials are the bathrobes made of?
Our bathrobes combine two selected materials: a silky-soft bamboo velour on the outside (380 gsm) and an extra fluffy Supima® cotton terry on the inside (650 gsm).
What makes the materials special?
Bamboo is characterized by its natural softness, temperature-regulating properties, and a subtle sheen.
Supima® cotton stands for extra-long fibers, exceptional softness, and high durability.
How does the bathrobe feel when worn?
The exterior is smooth, soft, and elegant, while the interior warmly and comfortably envelops the body. The interplay of both materials creates a balanced, exceptionally comfortable wearing experience.
Is the bathrobe suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Due to the natural properties of bamboo and high-quality Supima® cotton, the bathrobe is particularly skin-friendly and comfortable to wear.
How do I properly care for my bathrobe?
We recommend a gentle machine wash at 30–40 °C with mild detergent. Fabric softener should be avoided to preserve the fiber structure long-term.
Can the bathrobe go in the dryer?
For a long life, we recommend air drying. When using a tumble dryer, a low temperature should be selected.
Does the bathrobe stay soft after washing?
Yes. The quality of the Supima® cotton and the structure of the bamboo velour ensure that the bathrobe retains its softness and shape even after frequent washing.
Is the bathrobe rather light or heavy?
The combination of 380 gsm on the outside and 650 gsm on the inside creates a balanced weight – noticeably high-quality without being heavy.
What season is the bathrobe suitable for?
Thanks to the temperature-regulating properties of the bamboo material, the bathrobe can be worn comfortably all year round.
Where is the bathrobe manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in selected production facilities that meet the highest standards for workmanship and material quality.
